I can help you to build and develop strategies for business growth with strategic planning, marketing, sales, pricing, CPG, and product development.
As a partner/owner of several businesses in diverse industries, I have broad experience across the spectrum of business functions. My business interests include home building, equestrian sports, property management, and exhaust systems.
I spent most of my career in foodservice marketing and product development for food and food equipment manufacturers servicing restaurants, hotels, schools, prisons, convenience stores, vending and other locations serving food away from home. These companies included Campbell Soup Company, Hormel Foods/Diamond Crystal Brands, McLane Company, and Frymaster. At Diamond Crystal Brands I was responsible for foodservice marketing of a $450 million division. I also launched Commkitchen.com, a B2B e-commerce site for foodservice equipment.
Early in my career I worked on consumer side of marketing as well in distribution and logistics. My experience extends across P&L, accounting, costing and the relationship between the foodservice distributor and operator as well as manufacturer.
I've had training in web site development, web site optimization and e-commerce strategies including the use of Google ad clicks.
Most recently I've owned and managed my own small business and wear many hats.
