Success Story
A Clean House, LLC
I just started my own cleaning business called "A Clean House LLC", it's just me right now, and since it is pretty physical work, I really get my workouts in. This is a job that I did part-time years ago while I was in college. I decided that since there is a great need for good cleaners who are licensed and bonded in my area, it pays well, and I actually enjoy the work, I would return to this again with my own business. I love to clean for older, retired people who need help with their regular cleaning, and I am also looking to clean vacation homes.

Life Stages
Life Stages has been the synthesis of years of anecdotal and professional experiences, which were first sparked in my young adulthood. As a first and half generation immigrant and first-generation university graduate, I experienced trauma and stress without a lot of access to resources. In my mid-twenties, I decided to change and improve my well-being and life by leaving Chicago and traveling abroad for a year. One year turned into five, and throughout this time, I traveled in landscapes, cultures, and environments completely different from the ones I knew as an American-Mexican youth raised

Dazzo's Kitchen
I have been in the food industry for over 15 years, working in kitchens all over New York State. After graduating high school, I attended SUNY Cobleskill where I graduated with my BBA majoring in Culinary Arts. Post-graduation, I worked in Saratoga Springs at a restaurant where I would ultimately climb the ranks and become the Chef, that restaurant was Forno Bistro. I worked at Forno for about 5 or 6 years, after which I wanted to take a step back from the management level and immerse myself as a student of the craft. I wanted to work in some of the most highly decorated and intense kitchens
Success Story
Emmi's Closet
Fashion has been a part of my life since I was a child from making clothes for my Barbies to buying my first sewing machine to ultimately creating collections as a hobby. I would nurture that creative side of myself after work hours and on the weekends because my job at the time didn’t allow me to be visually creative. After six years in my previous job and no longer feeling fulfilled with what I was doing I decided that it was time to finally pursue my dream. That year I set out to start my own sustainable fashion brand but was met with many challenges, a major one being the pandemic. When
